The major event of the Cairns Airport Adventure Festival is the ‘Cairns Airport IRONMAN Asia-Pacific Championship Cairns’. This full-distance triathlon features a 3.8km swim, 180km cycle leg and a 42.2km run – all set in the beautiful area of Cairns in tropical North Queensland.
